摘要
习近平总书记围绕党大还是法大这一核心争议,科学运用唯物辩证法的思想方法,对党的领导的历史逻辑、理论逻辑、实践逻辑作出历史唯物论的阐释,并在坚持人民当家作主这一马克思主义唯物史观的根本立场和社会主义民主政治的本质特征及核心要求的基础上,深刻阐明了党的领导和依法治国的辩证统一关系,科学回答了党怎样实现自己的领导、依法治国为什么要坚持党的领导,以及党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国如何实现有机统一的问题,为我国社会主义民主政治实践指明了方向,为坚持和加强党的全面领导,深入推进全面依法治国提供了基本遵循。
On the core dispute between the relationship of the Party and law,Xi Jinping,general secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee,has scientifically utilized the materialist dialectical method of thought to make historical materialist interpretations of the historical logic,theoretical logic,and practical logic of the CPC leadership.Adhering to the fundamental position of Marxist historical materialism that the people are masters of the country and the essential characteristics and core requirements of socialist democratic politics,Xi Jinping profoundly explained the dialectical unification relations between Party leadership and law-based governance of the country.He scientifically answered how the Party should realize its leadership,why law-based governance of the country should adhere to the Party’s leadership,and how the Party leadership,the running of the country by the people,and law-based governance of the country can achieve organic unity.Xi Jinping’s thoughts have pointed out a clear direction for the socialist democratic political practice of China,and have provided a fundamental guidance for adhering to and enhancing the overall Party leadership and furthering up the full advance of law-based governance of the country.
