On the Distinctive Features of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law

摘要习近平法治思想萌发和孕育于改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期,形成和创立于坚持和发展中国特色社会主义新时代,创新和发展于全面建设社会主义现代化强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴新征程。习近平法治思想以科学的理论思维、深邃的历史眼光和宽广的世界视野,深化了对共产党依法执政规律、社会主义法治建设规律、人类法治文明发展规律的认识,开创了马克思主义法治思想中国化新境界,是新时代中国特色社会主义法治思想、当代中国马克思主义法治思想、21世纪马克思主义法治思想,彰显出党全面领导的政治定力、以人民为中心的根本立场、奉法强国的坚定信念、求真务实的实践理性、全面推进的系统观念、精准练达的辩证方法、融通古今的文化底蕴、统筹内外的法治布局、尊法循理的法治思维、守正创新的理论品格等鲜明特色。 Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is sprouted and bred in the new period of reform and opening-up and socialist modernization,formed and founded in the new era of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,and innovated and developed in the new journey of building a powerful modern socialist country comprehensively and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.With scientific theoretical thinking,profound historical vision and broad world vision,Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law deepens the understanding of the laws of the Communist Party in power according to law,the construction of socialist rule of law,and the development of human civilization of the rule of law.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law creates a new realm for the Sinicization of Marxist thought on the rule of law,is the socialist rule of law thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the contemporary Chinese Marxist thought on the rule of law,and the 21 st century Marxist thought on the rule of law.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law shows some distinctive features,such as the political orientation of the Party’s overall leadership,the fundamental position of taking the people as the center,the firm belief in strengthening the country by law,the practical reason of seeking the truth,the systematic concept of comprehensive promotion,the accurate and sophisticated dialectics,the cultural deposits integrating ancient and modern times,the layout coordinating domestic and international rule of law,the rule of law thinking of respecting law and following reasons,and the theoretical character of inheritance and innovation.
