摘要
为阿克苏地区苹果产业高效优质发展提供理论参考、在优势产区筛选外观色泽品质最优的富士系品种,试验选取阿克苏地区种植的5个富士系苹果品种:烟富3、美乐、烟富8、烟富6、2001富士作为试验材料进行了研究,测定分析了果实成熟期果皮色素类物质的含量差异,以探究苹果果皮中色素的种类和含量与苹果果实表皮着色之间的关系。通过试验数据得出了5个品种果皮花青素含量高低排序:2001富士>烟富8>美乐>烟富6>烟富3;5个品种叶绿素a含量高低排序:美乐>2001富士>烟富6>烟富8>烟富3;5个品种叶绿素b含量由高到低排序:美乐>烟富8>烟富6>烟富3>2001富士;5个品种果皮总叶绿素含量高低排序:美乐>烟富8>烟富6>烟富3>2001富士;5个品种苹果果皮类胡萝卜素含量差异排序:2001富士>烟富3>烟富6>烟富8>美乐。根据试验数据分析得出了5个品种果皮花青素含量与类胡萝卜素含量呈正相关,而类胡萝卜素含量与总叶绿素含量呈显著负相关。花青素对苹果色泽起着决定作用,根据花青素含量大小,得出2001富士是色泽最优的品种,进而得出5个品种色泽优劣排序:2001富士>烟富8>美乐>烟富6>烟富3。
To provide theoretical reference for the efficient and high-quality development of the Malus pumila Mill.industry in Aksu region,and to screen the Fuji varieties with the best appearance,color and quality in the dominant production areas,this experiment selected five Fuji Malus pumila Mill.varieties planted in Aksu region:Yanfu 3,Merlot,Yanfu 8,Yanfu 6 and 2001 Fuji.And they were used as experimental materials to study the differences in the content of pigments in the pericarp of fruits at maturity stage,so as to explore the relationship between the types and contents of pigments in the pericarp and the coloring of apple fruits.According to the experimental data,the anthocyanin content of the five varieties was ranked from high to low:2001 Fuji>Yanfu 8>Merlot>Yanfu 6>Yanfu 3;The chlorophyll a content of five cultivars was ranked from high to low:Merlot>2001 Fuji>Yanfu 6>Yanfu 8>Yanfu 3;The chlorophyll content of five cultivars was ranked from high to low:Merlot>Yanfu 8>Yanfu 6>Yanfu 3>2001 Fushi;The total chlorophyll content of the five varieties was ranked from high to low:Merlot>Yanfu 8>Yanfu 6>Yanfu 3>2001 Fushi;The carotenoid content in the peel of five varieties of Malus pumila Mill.was in the order of 2001 Fuji>Yanfu 3>Yanfu 6>Yanfu 8>Merlot.According to the analysis of experimental data,the content of anthocyanins was positively correlated with the content of carotenoids,while the content of carotenoids was significantly negatively correlated with the content of total chlorophyll.Anthocyanins play a role in determining apple color.According to the content of anthocyanins,it was concluded that 2001 Fujifilm was the best color variety,and the color of the five varieties was ranked as follows:2001 Fujifilm>Yanfu8>Merlot>Yanfu6>Yanfu3.
