摘要
为选育新疆薄皮核桃优良实生后代,以南疆两个薄皮核桃及实生后代为试验材料,采用Folin-Ciocaileu比色法、主成分分析法对温185和新新2号核桃果实不同部位总多酚含量进行比较分析。结果表明:两种核桃果实不同部位总多酚含量多到少依次为,内种皮>叶片>青皮>核仁;两个核桃品种实生后代坚果不同部位总多酚含量中核仁与叶片呈极显著正相关,叶片与内种皮呈显著正相关;温185核桃实生后代坚果不同部位平均总多酚含量中,北2-9、北2-11、北5-12、北4-13和北1-16的总多酚含量超过亲本,可以作为选育总多酚含量研究的优良单株,新新2号核桃实生后代核坚果不同部位平均总多酚含量中,中1-17、中5-12、中6-12和中7-8的总多酚含量超过亲本,可以作为选育总多酚含量研究的优良单株。
In order to select the fine seedling progeny of Xinjiang thin skinned walnut,two thin skinned walnut and their seedling progenies in South Xinjiang were used as the experimental materials.The total polyphenol content in different parts of Wen185 and Xinxin No.2 walnut fruits was compared and analyzed by Folin ciocaileu colorimetry and principal component analysis.The results showed that the order of the content of total polyphenols in different parts of the two walnut fruits was:inner testa>leaf>green skin>Nucleolus;the content of total polyphenols in different parts of the nuts of the two walnut varieties was positively correlated with that of the leaves,and the content of total polyphenols in different parts of the nuts of Wen 185 walnut varieties was positively correlated with that of the inner testa;Among the average total polyphenol contents in different parts of the nuts of Wen185 seedling progeny,Bei 2-9,Bei 2-11,Bei 5-12,Bei 4-13 and Bei 1-16 were more than their parents,which could be used as a good single plant for the study of total polyphenol content.Among the average total polyphenol contents in different parts of the nuts of Xinxin No.2 seedling progeny,Zhong 1-17,Zhong 5-12,Zhong 6-12 and Zhong 7-8 were more than their parents,which could be used as a total number of breeding a good single plant for phenol content study.
