摘要
为了研究苹果梨花色苷组分及套袋梨解袋后花色苷含量变化,利用高效液相色谱法对套袋苹果梨果皮花色苷组分及含量进行测定。结果表明:成功测出苹果梨果皮中三种花色苷及含量,其中矢车菊素-3-O-半乳糖苷含量占总含量的90%,矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷含量较少,芍药素-3-O-半乳糖苷含量最低;套袋苹果梨解袋后果皮明显着色,且花色苷含量高于对照。
In order to study the anthocyanin composition of‘Pingguoli’and the content changes of anthocyaninin‘Pingguoli’after bagging,HPLC was used to test the anthocyanin content in‘Pingguoli’.The results showed that three anthocyanin and their contents in the pericarp of‘Pingguoli’were successfully measured.Cyanidin-3-O-galactoside in pericarp of‘Pingguoli’accounted 90%of the total content,the content of cyanidin-3-O-glucoside is little and the content of peonidin-3-O-galactoside chloride is the least.Moreover,the pericarp of bagged‘Pingguoli’was obviously colored,and the anthocyanin content was much more than that of the control group.
