食物与营养知识的传播现状、路径及其与居民健康相关性研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析食物与营养知识的传播现状、路径及其对居民健康影响,并为相关研究提供参考。方法:文献调研。结果:中国的健康传播相比美国起步较晚,随着居民生活条件的向好,国内健康传播的相关研究开始迅速发展,但依然存在很多现实问题,国内医学专家和传播学者合作研究的成果不足。食物与营养知识主要以学会、科协、传统主流媒体、新媒体、发放宣传手册等方式为主要传播途径,居民获取营养知识逐渐便捷。网络媒介进行宣传营养知识的客观性、全面性和真实性还不足,确保宣传食物营养知识的准确性对于引导居民在生活中建立健康的膳食模式尤为重要。食物营养知识的宣教对树立合理的膳食结构等食物观以及疾病的防治具有积极作用。结论:对于居民而言,改善营养行为的关键在于正确认识膳食模式中各营养元素合理配备的重要性。同时,注重营养教育有助于培养居民养成绿色健康的饮食习惯,提高健康营养知、信、行水平,并能显著预防和降低疾病(如阿尔兹海默症、结核病等)的发生。 【Objective】To comprehensively understand the current situation,path and impact of food and nutrition knowledge on residents’health,and to provide reference for relevant research.【Method】Literature research.【Result】Compared with the United States,China’s health communication started late.With the improvement of residents’living conditions,domestic research on health communication began to develop rapidly.However,there are still many practical problems in China’s health communication research,the results of cooperative research between domestic medical experts and communication scholars are insufficient.Food and nutrition knowledge is mainly transmitted through the society,science and technology association,traditional mainstream media,new media,distribution of brochures and other ways.Residents’access to nutrition knowledge is becoming more and more convenient.The objectivity,comprehensiveness and authenticity of network media to publicize nutrition knowledge are not enough.Ensuring the accuracy of food nutrition knowledge is particularly important to guide residents to establish a healthy dietary model in their life.The propaganda and education of food nutrition knowledge plays a positive role in establishing a reasonable food concept such as dietary structure and the prevention and treatment of diseases.【Conclusion】For residents,the key to improve nutritional behavior is to correctly recognize the importance of rational allocation of nutritional elements in dietary patterns.At the same time,paying attention to nutrition education helps to train residents to develop green and healthy eating habits,improve health and nutrition knowledge,belief and practice,and can significantly prevent and reduce diseases,such as Alzheimer’s disease and tuberculosis.
