社区慢性病高危人群合理膳食系列讲座效果评估

摘要 目的评价合理膳食系列讲座对社区慢性病高危人群膳食"知—信—行"的影响,为社区开展合理膳食健康讲座提供参考。方法在虹桥镇两区域选取已筛查出的慢性病高危人群共40人作为干预对象,开展每月2次合理膳食知识系列讲座。在同一区域选取一般情况及慢性病高危因素基本相同的慢性病高危对象40人作为对照组。通过问卷收集干预前后干预组与对照组膳食"知—信—行"的变化。结果干预前后,干预组在膳食知识、自我认知、自我感知、行为改变方面有了明显改善。结论社区开展合理膳食系列讲座有利于提高社区慢性病高危人群合理膳食知识的知晓率,提高他们对合理膳食的自我认知度和感知度,有利于形成合理膳食的健康行为。 Objective To assess the effect of reasonable dietary lecture series on KAPof chronic disease high risk population in community, to provide a basis to conducting practical dietary and healthy presentation. Methods A total of 40 chronic disease high risk persons were sampled and selected in Hongqiao Town as intervention subjects, and the specific dietary lectures were conducted twice per month for them. Another 40 similar the chronic disease high risk persons were selected in the district as the control group. The survey was conducted by the questionnaires to find the dietary KAP and KAP changes before and after the intervention. Results After intervention, compared to the control group, the intervene group changed significantly in terms of the knowledge dietary, self-perception, and behavior change. Conclusion Community dietary and health lecture series can increase the knowledge rate, reasonable dietary awareness rate and perceptibility rate in chronic disease high risk population thus resulting in reasonable dietary healthy behaviors.
