摘要
目的了解长沙市居民营养素养具备情况及影响因素,为长沙居民健康素养提升科学决策提供理论参考。方法采用成年人营养素养测量量表和问卷星获得数据;采用占比对分类变量进行描述,采用方差分析、t检验对计量资料进行组间比较。结果共收到1088份有效问卷,被调查者营养素养的总得分为(155.41±29.22)分,营养素养的总得分率为72.28%,其中互动技能、评判技能、获取技能、应用技能、知识储备、知识理解6个维度得分率分别为70.85%、68.63%、68.88%、67.99%、82.31%、78.06%。营养素养得分与常住地、职业、收入、学历显著相关,农村地区、低收入、低文化层次人群的营养素养总分相对较低,常住城市人口、专业技术人员、医药卫生相关学生或工作人员的营养素养总分较高。常住地(t=9.027,P<0.05)、职业(F=21.192,P<0.05)、收入(F=17.416,P<0.05)、学历(F=24.881,P<0.05)是居民营养素养的影响因素。结论长沙市居民的营养素养整体水平低,农村地区居民、低学历、低收入群是营养科普教育的重点。
Objective To understand the nutritional literacy and influencing factors of residents in Changsha,to provide a theoretical reference for scientific decision-making on improving health literacy for Changsha residents.Methods The data were obtained by using the Adult Nutritional Literacy Measurement Scale and the Questionnaire Star.The classified variables were described by proportion,and the measurement data were compared between groups by analysis of variance and t-test.Results A total of 1088 valid questionnaires were received,and the total score of nutritional literacy of the respondents was(155.41±29.22),and the total score rate of nutritional literacy was 72.28%.Among them,the scoring rates on the six dimensions of interactive skill,evaluation skill,acquisition skill,application skill,knowledge reserve,and knowledge understanding were 70.85%,68.63%,68.88%,67.99%,82.31%,and 78.06%,respectively.The nutritional literacy score was significantly correlated with permanent residence,occupation,income,and educational background.The total nutritional literacy score of the rural areas,low-income,and low-cultural groups was relatively low,while the total score of the permanent urban populations,professional and technical personnel,and medical and health-related students or staff relatively was high.Permanent residence(t=9.027,P<0.05),occupation(F=21.192,P<0.05),income(F=17.416,P<0.05),educational background(F=24.881,P<0.05)were the influential factors of residents'nutritional literacy.Conclusion The overall level of nutritional literacy among residents in Changsha is low,and residents in rural areas,low education,and low-income groups are the focus of nutritional science education.
