摘要
高校新生在入学之初容易出现适应不良的现象,包括整体适应性不足,呈现迷茫与犹豫的状态;学习适应性良好,但是定位出现偏差;生活适应力不足,自我管理能力欠缺等问题。基于社会支持理论视角,结合访谈与实践观察,从主体、客体和介体分析高校新生出现适应不良的原因,并提出以文化人,系统营造良好的社会环境;以人为本,全方位打造新生适应体系;多元协同,共建社会支持网络。
At the beginning of enrollment,college freshmen tend to suffer from maladaptation,including inadequate overall adaptability and a state of confusion and hesitation;Good learning adaptability,but deviation in positioning;Lack of adaptability to life and self-management ability.Based on the perspective of social support theory,combined with interviews and practical observations,this paper analyzes the causes of college freshmen’s maladjustment from the perspective of subject,object and intermediary,and proposes to systematically build a good social environment with cultural people;Human-oriented,all-round building of the newborn adaptation system;Suggestions on building a social support network through multiple coordination.
