摘要
                
                    针对一台30MW发电机转子一阶临界转速时前轴瓦瓦振超标和定速3000r/min时后轴瓦轴振超的情况,分析得到造成发电机振动超标的原因是发电机转子同时存在一阶和二阶不平衡质量,发电机前轴瓦垂直方向刚度不足及后轴瓦顶部间隙偏大。采取谐分量法确定动平衡方案,通过在发电机转子冷却风扇平衡槽内加重,同时平衡一阶和二阶不平衡质量,最终解决了发电机振动超标的问题。
                
                Against the phenomena that both vibration of the front bearing bushes of a 30 MW generator under the first-order critical speed and that of the rear bearing bush of it under the fixed speed of 3000 r/min exceed the standard value,the relative analysis is performed to find that cause to result in generator’s vibration value exceeding the standard value is that the first order and second order unbalance mass exist at same time in the generator rotor,meanwhile,both insufficient vertical stiffness on the front bearing bush and over large top gap of rear bearing bush exist either.The harmonic component method is adopted to determine the dynamic balance scheme,the first and second order unbalanced mass is balanced by adding weight in the balance slot of the cooling fan of the generator rotor,solving the problem of generator vibration exceeding standard value at last.
