摘要
针对一台6 MW异步发电机在定速3000 r/min时前轴瓦振动超标,并网初期前、后轴瓦的振动大幅波动,以及随着负荷增加发电机定子线圈温度和前、后轴瓦振动开始升高的问题,进行了改变润滑油温度、润滑油压力和发电机定子线圈温度等试验。通过所采集的振动数据和谱图,分析振动与润滑油温、润滑油压力及发电机定子线圈温度的对应关系,确定造成发电机不稳定振动的原因是发电机转子热弯曲和轴瓦润滑不良导致的动静碰摩,并对轴瓦润滑不良导致的动静碰摩产生的机理进行了分析。最后,通过在发电机转子前、后风扇平衡槽内加重和提升润滑油压力的措施,解决了异步发电机不稳定振动的问题。
Against the problems that the 6 MW asynchronous generator front bearing bush vibration exceeds the standard at the fixed speed 3000 r/min,the front and rear bearing bushes of this generator have a large fluctuation at the initial stage of grid connection,the temperature of stator coil and the vibration of front and rear bearing bush of the generator begin to rise together with the increase of load,the tests such as changing the temperature of lubricating oil,the pressure of lubricating oil and the temperature of generator stator coil are carried out.Through analyzing the vibration data and spectrum collected,corresponding relationship between vibration and lubricating oil temperature,between vibration and lubricating oil pressure,between vibration and generator stator coil temperature,it is confirmed that causes of the unstable vibration of generator is thermal bending of generator rotor and dynamic and static rubbing caused by poor lubrication of bearing,meanwhile,the mechanism of dynamic and static rubbing caused by poor lubrication of bearing is analyzed either.Finally,the problem of unstable vibration of asynchronous generator is solved by weighting in the balance groove of the front and back fan of the generator rotor and raising the lubricating oil pressure.
