摘要
某厂两台630 MW汽轮发电机组在调试阶段均发生了严重振动故障。第一台机组振动故障是高中压转子动静碰摩,工作转速时振动缓慢爬升而无法运行,采取了变转速磨合、连续盘车等措施。另一台机组调试又分为两个阶段,第一阶段振动故障是空负荷下发电机振动超标,通过联轴器加重有效降低了振动。第二阶段振动故障表现在满负荷时两个低压转子和发电机转子共5个测点振动超标。结合振型分布特征,采取了在低压Ⅰ、低压Ⅱ和低发联轴器5个相邻平面同时加重组合模式,消除了振动故障。
Serious vibration fault were appeared during the commissioning of two 630MW units.The vibration fault of first unit was rub and impact of HP-IP rotor, which lead to vibration slow growth and being unable to run .The measures of continuous barring and running-in under different speed were taken .The governance process of other unit can be devided to two stages.The first vibration fault was generator vibration over standard under no -load,the vibration was reduced through aggravating on the coupling .The second vibration fault was amplitude of five vibration measuring points on two LP rotors and generator rotor beyond standard under full load .Combined with vibration mode distribution , the aggravating was taken simultaneously on five adjacet planes of two LP rotors and LP-generator coupling and the vibration fault was eliminated .
