摘要
阀门是火力发电厂重要辅机系统之一,阀门内漏是阀门最常见的故障。分析了阀门内漏异常的常见原因,结合几起现场阀门内漏治理实例,发现可通过阀芯严密性试验、阀门检查分析等手段诊断问题,采取阀门改造、执行机构改进等措施进行针对性处理后,阀后温度在不投减温水的情况下不超过55℃,能有效地解决阀门内漏问题。提出的诊断方法减少了阀门内漏异常的分析处理时间,节约了人力物力,效果良好,提高了机组热效率,保证机组安全稳定运行,对类似阀门内漏故障的分析处理有借鉴意义。
Valve is one of the important auxiliary systems of thermal power plant,and the valve leakage is the most common failure.The common causes of abnormal valve internal leakage are analyzed,and combined with several field cases of valve internal leakage treatment,it is found that the problem can be diagnosed by means of valve core tightness test,valve inspection and analysis,and the valve temperature can be effectively solved by taking targeted treatment measures such as valve renovation and actuator improvement,and the valve temperature can not exceed 55℃without water reduction.The proposed diagnostic method reduces the analysis and treatment time of abnormal valve internal leakage,saves manpower and material resources,has a good effect,improves the thermal efficiency of the unit,ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit,and has a reference significance for the analysis and treatment of similar valve internal leakage faults.
