金融服务“走出去”对我国参与全球价值链重构的影响研究被引量：2

Research on the Impact of Financial Services “Going Global” on China’s Participation in the Restructuring of Global Value Chains

摘要通过构建全球价值链重构测度指标,利用手工收集的金融服务“走出去”数据研究其对我国参与全球价值链重构的影响,既有助于从金融服务“走出去”角度助力形成国内国际双循环新发展格局,同时也为金融领域高水平开放提供明确理论借鉴。基于跨国面板数据,文章证实了金融服务“走出去”对我国参与全球价值链重构的显著促进作用;进一步地,东道国经济越发达、契约环境越好,金融服务“走出去”的促进效应越显著。分样本结果显示,在“一带一路”沿线国家开设中资银行海外机构更有利于中国参与全球价值链重构;相较于金融危机前,金融危机后促进效应显著。此外,中介效应表明:功能溢出效应和双循环协同效应是金融服务“走出去”影响我国参与全球价值链重构的重要渠道。 By constructing the measurement index of global value chain reconstruction and using the manually collected“Going Global”data of financial services, this paper studies the impact on China’s participation in global value chain reconstruction, it will not only help to form a new domestic and international dual cycle development pattern from the perspective of financial services“Going Global”,but also provide a clear theoretical reference for the high-level opening of the financial field.Based on the transnational panel data, this paper confirms that the“Going Global”of financial services has a positive impact on China’s participation in the reconstruction of Global Value Chain;Further analysis shows that the more developed the host country’s economy and the better of the contract environment, the more significant the“Going Global”of financial services promotes China’s participation in the reconstruction of Global Value Chain;and the overseas institutions of Chinese banks establish alongside the“one belt, one road”countries, there has a significant effect.Compared with the time before the financial crisis, the promotion effect is significant after the financial crisis;in addition, the intermediary effect shows that functional spillover effect and double cycle synergy effect are two important channels impact on China’s participation in the reconstruction of Global Value Chain.
