摘要
随着我国独生子女家庭和老年空巢家庭的普遍化,养老护理社会化已成为趋势。通过查阅国内外文献分析可知,日本基于养老护理国家职业资格和考试制度,构建了统一标准的培养课程体系,从而培养规范化和专业化的养老护理人才。日本相对完善的高职养老护理人才培养模式,可以为我国的养老护理人才培养提供范例。基于日本经验,我国可以从完善资格和考试制度、注重人权、科学和实践教育并改善人才待遇,依托科技赋能等方面助力养老护理人才培养。
With the popularization of one-child families and elderly empty-nest families in my country, the socialization of elderly care has become a trend. According to the analysis of domestic and foreign literature, Japan has built a unified standard training curriculum system based on the national occupational qualification and examination system of elderly care, so as to cultivate standardized and professional elderly care talents. Japan has a relatively perfect training model for senior nursing talents in higher vocational education, which can provide an example for the training of senior nursing talents in China. Based on Japan’s experience, China can help to cultivate elderly care talents by strengthening system design, improving qualification and examination framework, paying attention to human rights, scientific and practical education, improving talent treatment, and relying on technology empowerment.
