摘要
养老服务人才培养体系不能适应多元化的养老服务事业发展需要。而当前北京养老服务人才培养体系尚不健全,尚未完全理顺,养老服务人才培养已成为制约养老服务业发展的关键因素。基于此,以国家制度与政策为依据,以供给侧改革为理论基础,尝试研究构建适合北京养老服务业发展特点的、立体化、规范化、多元化的养老服务人才培养体系,以促进北京整体养老服务质量提升。
The talent training system of pension service can not meet the needs of the development of diversified pension service.Beijing is the first city in China to enter into moderate aging,the rapid development of pension service industry,pension service personnel training mode and system has attracted much attention.However,the current talent training system of Beijing’s elderly care service is not perfect and has not been fully straightened out.The talent training of elderly care service has become a key factor restricting the development of the elderly care service industry.Based on this,based on the national system and policy and the supply side reform,this paper attempts to study and build a three-dimensional,standardized and diversified talent training system for the elderly care service industry,which is suitable for the development characteristics of Beijing’s elderly care service industry,in order to promote the overall quality of the elderly care service in Beijing.
