新型医学人才培养下《诊断学》课程思政教学设计与实践 被引量:1

Design and Practice of Ideological and Political Teaching in the Course of Diagnostics under the Cultivation of New Medical Talents

摘要 《诊断学》既是从基础学科到临床医学各学科的桥梁课程,也是教学对象从"医学生"向"医生"角色跨越的重要转折点。在新型医学人才培养体系下,近年来我校在诊断学课程思政教学改革过程中,将诊断学知识传授与医学学生特点紧密结合,设置该课程特色性思政教育的目标,结合课程目标和教学内容进行相关章节思政教学元素的挖掘,将思想教育、辩证思维、人文关怀等思政元素贯穿于诊断学教学中,并借助多元化的教学方法、拓展医学课程外延、强化实践能力培养、增加课程教学评价中思政教育评价等多个途径实现思政寓课程、课程融思政。由此,把思想政治教育贯穿于诊断学教学过程中,实现人文教育和专业教育有机结合,以实现课程思政教育目标,为临床医学类专业课程思政建设提供参考。 Diagnostics is a bridge program from basic disciplines to clinical disciplines,it is also an important turning point for teaching object from"Medical students"to"Doctors".In recent years,in the course of ideological and political education reform of diagnostics course in our university,the teaching of diagnostics knowledge is closely combined with the characteristics of medical students,and the goal of ideological and political education with the characteristics of the course is set,combining the course objectives with the teaching contents,the author excavates the teaching elements of ideological and political education in the relevant chapters,and puts the ideological and political elements,such as ideological education,dialectical thinking and humanistic care,into the teaching of diagnostics,by means of diversified teaching methods,expanding the extension of medical courses,strengthening the training of practical ability,and increasing the evaluation of ideological and political education in the course teaching evaluation,we can realize the integration of ideological and political education into the course.Therefore,ideological and political education should be carried out in the course of diagnostics teaching,and the combination of humanistic education and professional education should be realized so as to achieve the goal of ideological and political education and provide reference for the ideological and political construction of clinical medical courses.
