摘要
一直以来,思想政治都是贯穿教育始终的一门课程,是加强学生思想品德建设和政治素养启蒙的主要渠道。高校作为青年人政治思想教育的主阵地,教育改革后主张在高校的专业课中融入思想政治,旨在潜移默化中影响学生的道德品质,引导高校学生建立正确的三观。《诊断学》是连接临床医学与基础医学的桥梁,在健康中国战略的全面发展的理念下,在诊断学中融入思想教育对提高医疗改革质量与培养高素质医学人才有着举足轻重的作用。当前《诊断学》课程中鲜会引入思想政治教育,课题将以诊断学见习课堂为切入点,利用病案教学、情景教学和见习实践等各种教学形式,不断提升思政课程的育人效果,并通过课程设计,结合德育教案案例和最新的教学理念及先进的教学技术开展教学改革,把思政教育的各种元素自然地、鲜活地融入医学专业知识和技能的学习中去,通过在上海中医药大学教案的实践,取得了较好的教学效果。
For a long time,ideological and political education has been a course throughout education,and is the main channel to strengthen students'ideological and moral construction and political literacy enlightenment.As the main position of political and ideological education for young people,colleges and universities advocate that ideological and political education should be integrated into the professional courses of colleges and universities after the educational reform,aiming to influence the moral quality of students imperceptibly and guide college students to establish a correct three outlook.Diagnostics is a bridge connecting clinical medicine and basic medicine.Under the concept of comprehensive development of the healthy China strategy,the integration of ideological education into diagnostics plays a decisive role in improving the quality of medical reform and cultivating high-quality medical talents.At present,ideological and political education is rarely introduced into the course of Diagnostics.This article will take the diagnostic probation class as the starting point,use various teaching forms such as medical record teaching,situational teaching and probation practice to continuously improve the educational effect of the ideological and political course,and carry out teaching reform through course design,combining the moral education teaching plan cases,the latest teaching concepts and advanced teaching technologies,so as to naturally integrate various elements of ideological and political education.It is vividly integrated into the study of medical professional knowledge and skills.Through the practice of teaching plan in the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,it has achieved good teaching results.
