摘要
江西盛产黄精,资源丰富,但其产业链上的加工与炮制环节存在不足,明显制约着该产业的发展。其主要的问题有:一、江西多地的黄精鲜药材就地进行初加工成干药材,再经炮制企业炮制加工后成黄精饮片,其加工与炮制环节分离,需重复蒸煮和干燥步骤,会降低饮片质量,并增加生产流程及成本;二、江西的炮制企业数量偏少、规模小,且分散,其总体炮制加工产能难以满足市场对黄精炮制加工的需求,导致省内有相当规模数量的黄精原药材经市场流至外省的炮制加工企业;三、江西的炮制企业主要采用行业里的酒黄精炮制工艺,少有企业采用建昌帮炆法炮制工艺,江西本地特色炮制工艺优势未能显现。笔者建议江西的炮制企业尽可能地采用建昌帮炆法炮制黄精工艺的一体化加工工艺体系,以提高黄精饮片品质,发挥本地特色炮制工艺优势;同时升级改造现有的一些小型炮制加工企业,并扩建一批标准化加工与炮制一体化的企业,以满足市场对黄精炮制加工的需求。
Jiangxi abounds with Polygonatum,and riches in its resources,but there are some deficiencies in the producting and processing of it.s industrial chain,which obviously restricts the development of it.s industry.The main problems in the processing and processing links of Jiangxi Polygonatum industrial chain are as follows:The first is the fresh Polygonatum in many places of Jiangxi are initially processed into dry herbs,and then processed into Huangjing decoction pieces by processing enterprises.The producting and processing is separated,and the cooking and drying steps need to be repeated,which will reduce the quality of decoction pieces and increase the production process and cost.The second is most of processing enterprises in Jiangxi are small,small and scattered,and they overall processing capacity are difficult to meet the market demand for processing of polygonatum,which resulting in a considerable number of Polygonatum.s raw materials flowed to processing enterprises in other provinces through the market.The third is the processing enterprises in Jiangxi mainly adopt the processing technology of wine Huangjing in the industry,and few enterprise adopt the processing technology of Jianchangbang stewing method.Therefore,the advantages of processing technology with local characteristics in Jiangxi has not been shown.The authors suggest that the processing enterprises in Jiangxi should adopt Jianchangbang stewing method to process Polygonatum as much as possible,so as to improve the quality of Huangjing decoction pieces and give full play to the advantages of local processing technology,and should upgrade and transform some existing small processing enterprises,and expand a number of standardized processing enterprises to meet the market.s demanding for processing of Polygonatum.
