摘要
老年痴呆包括阿尔茨海默病(AD)、血管性痴呆(VaD)、混合型痴呆等,此类疾病已严重危害广大中老年人健康。中医认为此类痴呆疾病的共同病因病机是肾虚髓亏、血瘀络滞,防治上采用补肾活血化瘀的基本治法。以黄精配伍的复方如二精丸、黄精地龙配伍、黄精丸等均具有较好的抗老年痴呆作用。对各黄精配伍抗老年痴呆的研究成果进行总结,并从中医理论和现代药理研究成果对其作用机理进行分析探讨,各黄精配伍复方均以"补肾、活血、化瘀"为核心,发挥中药复方功效,且其药理药效均显示出多靶点作用机制,可为临床挖掘、研发抗老年痴呆疗效确切的复方提供参考。
The senile dementia contains Alzheimer’s disease(AD),vascular dementia(VAD),mixed dementia,and so on,which have seriously harmed the health of the majority of middle-aged and elderly people.Shendeficiency and Shui depletion,Xuestasis and Luo stagnation are the common etiologies and pathogenesis of the senile dementia in Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),so the the basic therapy of tonifying Shen,activating Xue and removing Yu are used in prevention and treatment of the senile dementia.Compound prescription of Polygonatum,such as Erjinwan,Huangjing Dilong compatibility,and Huangjingwan,have the anti senile dementia effects.The research results,mechanism of action from the theory of TCM and modern pharmacological research of anti-dementia by the compatibility with Polygonatum were summarized in this article.It was concluded that the compatibility of Polygonatum with tonifying Shen,activating Xue and removing Yu as the core,plays the role of compound of TCM,and its pharmacological effects showed a multi-target mechanism.This could provide evidence and reference for clinical exploration and development of effective prescription for anti-dementia.
