阐述数字时代出版深度融合发展趋势下,提升学术期刊编辑数字素养与技能的重要意义,分析学术期刊编辑数字素养与技能的基本构成并探讨提升路径。可以发现,以数字化思维、数字化生产策划、数字化内容加工和数字化传播运营为基本内容和特征的一系列素质与能力,构成了学术期刊编辑的数字素养与技能。有关各方应进一步优化数字资源供给和服务,完善编辑出版学科建设,构建科学的行业培育机制,强化数字学习和实践,共同促进学术期刊编辑数字素养与技能提升,助推学术出版高质量发展。
This paper expounds the significance of improving the digital literacy and skills of academic journal editors under the deep integration of publishing in the digital age and analyzes the basic digital qualities of those editors along with a discussion on the ways of improvement.It is found that digital thinking, digital production planning, digital content processing and digital communication operation are necessary shills required of academic journal editors.Relevant parties should further optimize the supply and service of digital resources, improve the disciplinary construction of editing and publishing, build a scientific mechanism of professional cultivation and strengthen digital learning and practice, which will help to promote the improvement of the digital literacy and skills of academic journal editors and the high-quality development of academic publishing.
