摘要
针对国外进口采煤机螺旋滚筒存在的供货周期长、滚筒使用寿命短、维修成本较高等问题,提出了利用现有设备、工艺工序和样件开展螺旋滚筒的研制,分析了采煤机螺旋滚筒的研制现状和自制螺旋滚筒的必要性,详细阐述了包括螺旋滚筒设计要求、运动参数、滚筒直径、滚筒宽度、螺旋升角等构造设计,并从滚筒结构、耐磨性、井下使用寿命、齿座角度分布、原材料等方面分析和优化了螺旋滚筒。为螺旋滚筒设计和加工制造积累相关技术和经验,从而实现采煤机螺旋滚筒自制能力,既能及时补充新滚筒需求计划,又能节约新滚筒采购费用。
In view of the problems of long supply period,short service life and high maintenance cost of spiral drum of imported shearers,this paper puts forward the development of spiral drum by using existing equipment,process and samples,analyzes the development status of spiral drum of shearers and the necessity of self-made spiral drum,and expounds in detail the design requirements,motion parameters,drum diameter,drum width,spiral lead angle and other structure design,and analyzes and optimizes the spiral drum from drum structure,wear resistance,underground service life,tooth seat angle distribution,raw materials and other aspects.Accumulating relevant technology and experience for the design,processing and manufacturing of the spiral drum to realize the self-making ability of the shearer spiral drum can not only timely supplement the demand plan for new drums,but also save the purchase cost of new drums.
