摘要
以基于记忆切割法的滚筒采煤机的调高系统为研究对象,建立了调高系统的数学模型,并通过AMESim软件对滚筒重载时上升和下降的时间及不同行走速度时调高系统目标追踪的阶跃响应进行了研究,结果发现调高系统的自动化性能受滚筒升降的时间影响较小,但随着采煤机速度的增加,目标追踪精度下降,得出自动化性能最优区间为10~13 m/s。
A mathematical model of the height adjustment system of drum shearer was established by taking a height adjustment system of drum shearer based on memory cutting method as the research object,and the rise and fall time of the drum under heavy load and the step response of the height adjustment system's target tracking at different walking speeds were studied using AMESim software.The results showed that the automation performance of the height adjustment system was less affected by the rise and fall time of the drum,but as the speed of the shearer increased,the target tracking accuracy decreased,achieving the optimal range for automation performance as 10-13 m/s.
