摘要
针对采煤机在实际应用中出现的滚筒割铲板、摇臂扭矩轴异常损坏等问题,结合滚筒装煤效果,提出煤矿综采工作面三机配套中必须保证适当的铲间距。应用数学建模的方法,推导出三机配套中铲间距计算的理论公式,将理论值和实际数据做比较后,提出了确定铲间距的有效方式,很好地解决了滚筒割铲板、摇臂扭矩轴异常损坏或装煤效果差等实际问题。
Based on several torque shaft of ranging arm, problems such as abnormal combining with the loading damages of cutting shovel of drums and the capability of shearer spiral drums in the real application, proposes that the proper distance between shovel and drum should be set in 3-machine supplemental on fully mechanized mining working face. Deduces the theoretical formula for calculating that distance with mathematic modeling. An effective method for defining the distance has been presented on the comparison study between the real values and theoretical values, therefore the problems mentioned above have been resolved.
