双输入型掘锚机加载试车装置研究

摘要 双输入型掘锚机作为掘进机的一个重要组成部分,位于截割头与悬臂段之间,其工作性能的好坏直接影响设备的工作能力和截割效率。为了提高减速器的可靠性,在出厂前应对减速器进行加载试验,发现缺陷及故障。但由于双输入型掘锚机为两端输入与两端输出,加载试验难度很高,在现有技术中,加载试验装置仅为输出端一侧连接,一侧空置,将导致在加载试验中有可能出现偏载、烧损轴承等情况,无法进行动态试验,无法反应出减速器的温度、噪声、运转情况等各项性能指标参数,成为该系列减速器的生产和制造的关键问题。为解决上述问题,研究了双输入型掘锚机加载试车装置。 As an important part of the roadheader,the double input anchor digging machine is located between the cutting head and the cantilever section.Its working performance directly affects the working capacity and cutting efficiency of the equipment.In order to improve the reliability of the reducer,the reducer should be loaded before leaving the factory,and defects and faults should be found.However,because the double input anchor digger is input at both ends and output at both ends,the loading test is very difficult.In the existing technology,the loading test device is only connected at one side of the output end,and one side is empty,which will lead to partial load,bearing burning and other conditions in the loading test,and it is impossible to carry out the dynamic test and reflect the temperature,noise,operation and other performance index parameters of the reducer.It has become a key issue in the production and manufacture of this series of reducers.In order to solve the above problems,the loading test device of double input anchor digger is studied.
