摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,阐释数字技术赋能冰雪运动产业的动力来源与应用价值,并提出推进策略。数字技术赋能冰雪运动产业的动力:国家政策方针的支持引导、市场消费需求的转变升级、新冠肺炎疫情带来的挑战;价值:降低运行成本、提升生产效率、促进供需匹配、拓展发展空间的价值。推进策略:增加支持政策供给,加速数字技术的渗透;完善法律法规建设,确保数字技术赋能作用得到充分发挥;加快核心技术攻关,强调科技成果落地转化;构建数字科技平台,完善数据共享平台服务功能;夯实人才培养基础,强化数字技术赋能的要素保障。
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explained the power source and application value of digital technology empowering ice and snow sports industry,and put forward the promotion strategy.The power of digital technology enabling the ice and snow sports industry comes from the support and guidance of national policies and guidelines,the transformation and upgrading of market consumer demand,and the continuous spread of COVID-19.Digital technology empowers the ice and snow sports industry with the value of reducing operating costs,improving production effi ciency,promoting the matching of supply and demand,and expanding development space.Promotion strategy:We should increase the supply of support policies to accelerate the penetration of digital technology,improve the construction of laws and regulations to ensure that the role of digital technology empowerment is fully played,speed up efforts to tackle key problems in core technologies and emphasize the application of scientifi c and technological achievements,build a digital technology platform to improve the service functions of the data sharing platform,and consolidate the foundation of talent training to strengthen the element guarantee of digital technology empowerment.
