基于多源数据下杭州地铁站点地区耦合协调性评价 被引量:3

Evaluation of Coupling and Coordination of Hangzhou Metro Station Areas Based on Multi-Source Data

摘要 我国城市轨道交通建设进入快速发展期,由于轨道交通规划与土地开发利用上存在着协调性问题,站点与其周边地区的发展协调状态需要重点评估。以杭州地铁1号线一二期34个站点地区为例,基于多源数据,利用节点-场所模型构建评价指标体系,量化评估站点地区发展状态,进一步运用耦合协调度模型对站点地区的节点与场所耦合协调度实测分析。结果表明:1号线站点的节点和场所价值目前都处于“从属”和“平衡”状态,但部分站点地区出现失衡倾向;耦合协调性在空间上表现出以主城区、副城为中心圈层结构并呈现梯度递减特征,位于主副城边缘地区站点还有待提升。研究可以为后续站点地区发展评价研究提供一定的方法借鉴。 China’s urban rail transit has entered a rapid development period. However, due to the coordination problem between rail transit planning and land development, the development and coordination of stations and their surrounding areas need to be evaluated emphatically. This paper took 34 station areas of Hangzhou Line 1(Phase 1 and 2) as examples. On the basis of multi-source data, the node-place model was employed to construct an evaluation indicator system and quantify the development of station areas. The coupling coordination model was further leveraged to measure and analyze the coupling coordination degree of nodes and places in the areas. The results show that the node and place values of the station areas on Line 1 are currently in a “subordinate” and “balanced” state, but some station areas tend to be out of balance. The coupling and coordination of the station areas spatially present a ring structure centered on the main city and the sub-city, with a weakened gradient. Meanwhile, the station areas located at the edges of the main city and sub-city need to be improved. This study can provide references for subsequent research on the development and evaluation of station areas.
