摘要 轨道交通建设成为近年城市建设的热点,主要依托轨道交通站点形成的TOD综合开发成为城市发展建设主趋势,并向城市边缘区延伸,以引导边缘区的城市空间发展。从空间、交通、居民出行等角度对城市边缘区特殊性进行分析,以南昌东站为例,提出TOD理念下城市边缘区轨道交通站点周边发展规划策略:一是轨道交通线站与城市结构一体化,强化城市发展轴带;二是结合资源特色,多站点联合打造功能互补的轨道交通生态圈;三是分层级的TOD模式,通过多种交通方式及交通接驳方式拓展TOD圈层范围;四是对空间进行精细管控,协调城市与生态的友好关系,保障绿色、活力、连续的空间环境供给。 Rail construction has become a hot spot in urban construction in recent years.Transit-oriented development mainly based on rail stations has become the main trend of urban development and construction,and it extends to urban fringe areas to guide urban spatial development in fringe areas.This paper analyzes the particularity of the urban fringe areas from the perspectives of space,transportation,and residents'travel.Taking Nanchang East Railway Station as an example,it proposes development planning strategies for surrounding areas of rail stations in the urban fringe under the TOD concept:first,the integration of rail stations and urban structure to strengthen the urban development axis;the second is to combine the characteristics of resources and jointly create a complementary rail ecosystem with multiple stations;the third is a hierarchical TOD model,which expands the scope of TOD circles through various transportation modes and transportation connections;the fourth is to finely control the space,coordinate the friendly relationship between the city and ecology,and ensure a green,dynamic,and continuous supply of spatial environment.
