摘要
为改善养老服务人才供给,对高职院校智慧健康养老服务与管理专业在校生进行问卷调研。研究结果显示,75.61%的学生愿意从事养老服务行业,照顾老人的经历、家庭月收入、父母对养老行业工作的态度、养老服务机构类型及对从事养老行业的兴趣是影响高职院校智慧健康养老服务与管理专业学生择业选择的重要因素。基于此,为引导高职院校智慧健康养老服务与管理专业学生从事养老服务行业,应进一步改善就业环境,加强学校教育,获得学生家庭的支持并促进学生自身发展。
In order to improve the supply of elderly service talents,the study conducts questionnaire survey on the students majoring in intelligent health elderly service and management in vocational colleges.The results show that 75.61%of the students are willing to engage in the elderly service industry.The experience of taking care of the elderly,monthly family income,parents’attitude towards the elderly service industry,types of elderly service institutions and their interest in the elderly service industry are the important influencing factors of the career choice of the students majoring in smart health elderly service and management in higher vocational colleges.Based on this,in order to guide the students majoring in intelligent health elderly care service and management in higher vocational colleges to engage in the elderly care service industry,it is necessary to further improve the employment environment,strengthen school education,obtain the support of students’families,and promote their own development.
