摘要
共同富裕是社会主义的本质体现,是中国特色社会主义发展的美好愿景,包含着“共同”和“富裕”两个层面的要求。伴随着改革开放的深化推进,第三次分配成为初次分配和再分配的重要补充,逐渐成为实现新时代共同富裕的重要举措,同时,对促进社会进步和实现国民精神觉醒等方面也有推进作用。通过第三次分配助推共同富裕需要高质量的发展,借鉴西方发达国家慈善事业发展经验,用中国特色社会主义先进文化引领人、坚持以人民美好生活需要为导向等。
common prosperity is the essence of socialism.It is a beautiful vision for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It contains the requirements of"common"and"prosperity".With the deepening of reform and opening up,the third distribution has become an important supplement to the primary distribution and redistribution,and has gradually become an important measure to achieve common prosperity in the new era.At the same time,it also plays a role in promoting social progress and realizing national spiritual awakening.We should promote high-quality development through the third distribution,learn from the experience of western developed countries in the development of philanthropy,guide people with the advanced culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and adhere to the people's needs for a better life.
