摘要
农村居民生活富裕是涵盖农村居民多维度福祉、且福祉达到一定水平、居民间福祉差距控制在一定范围内的生活状态。从现有指标体系来看,农村居民生活富裕不同维度指标在水平上的推进难度不大,但在缩小差距方面的进程相对缓慢。在共同富裕视域下推动农村居民生活富裕,不仅要注重提升平均水平,更要注重弥合福祉差距。下一步有必要协同推进数据统计与测量评估研究,特别是推动专门的居民生活富裕数据库建设,为促进共同富裕提供透明、精准的政策评估依据。
Shared prosperity for rural residents refers to a state of well-being in multiple dimensions,up a certain standard and with a controllable disparity.Judging from the current indicator system,it is not difficult to raise the well-off indicators in different dimensions at average level,but slow in narrowing the disparity.To promote prosperity for rural residents in the context of common prosperity,it is necessary to focus on improving the average living standard of the residents,but also focus on bridging the gap between rich and poor.Accordingly,it is imperative to enhance research on data and statistics as well as process evaluation,and more importantly,construct a special database on the residents’well-being,so as to provide a transparent and targeted policy evaluation framework for advancing common prosperity.
