摘要
目的:观察扶正抗癌解毒方联合放疗对中晚期食管癌患者血清CYFRA21-1、CA19-9及免疫功能的影响。方法:将88例中晚期食管癌患者按按照随机数字表法分为两组各44例,各脱落病例2例。对照组予放疗治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予扶正抗癌解毒方;两组均治疗4个月。治疗后观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.71%高于对照组的66.67%(P﹤0.05);在降低中医证候评分,血清CYFRA21-1、CA19-9水平,提高免疫功能水平、生活质量评分及生存周期方面,治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:扶正抗癌解毒方联合放疗治疗可显著改善中晚期食管癌患者中医症状,降低血清CYFRA21-1和CA19-9水平,改善患者免疫功能,提高患者生活质量及生存时间,临床疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the effect of Fuzheng Kangai Jiedu formula and radiotherapy on serum CYFRA21-1,CA19-9 and immune function in patients with intermediate or advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:88 cases of patients with intermediate or advanced esophageal cancer were divided into two groups by the method of random number table,44 cases in each group,and 2 cases were lost respectively in each group.The control group was treated by radiotherapy,while the treatment group was treated plus with Fuzheng Kangai Jiedu formula on the basis of control group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy was observed in two groups,and TCM syndrome score,levels of serum CYFRA21-1 and CA19-9,level of immune function and life-quality score were compared between two groups before and after treatment,and the patient's life cycle was recored by follow-up.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 85.71%,which was higher than 66.67%of control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than control group in reducing TCM syndrome score and levels of serum CYFRA21-1 and CA19-9 as well as in improving level of immune function,life-quality score and life cycle(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Kangai Jiedu formula and radiotherapy can significantly improve TCM symptoms of patients with intermediate or advanced esophageal cancer,reduce the levels of serum CYFRA21-1 and CA19-9,improve the immune function of patients,and enhance the quality of life and life time of patients.The clinical efficacy is significant.
