摘要
目的了解食管癌患者放化疗期间信息化健康教育需求,为实施精准"互联网+健康教育"提供信息支持。方法以马斯洛需求层次理论为指导制定访谈提纲,2021年1-4月对14例食管癌进行放化疗治疗患者进行半结构深入访谈,并采用Nvivo 11.0软件及Colaizzi分析方法对访谈资料进行分析。结果以马斯洛需求层次理论的5个需求层次下共提炼出10个亚主题:疾病治疗及预后情况信息需求、检查及检验结果解读需求、用药知识需求、居家自我管理需求、饮食自我管理需求、日常生活锻炼方法需求、不良反应自我管理需求、情感和心理的需求、自尊的需求、自我实现的需求,并以此需求为导向构建信息化健康教育内容框架。结论食管癌患者的健康教育需求呈现多元化,护理人员在满足低层次教育需求的同时也应关注患者较高层次教育需求的满足。构建以患者需求为导向信息化健康教育框架,有助于实施个体化、精准的"互联网+健康教育"服务。
Objective To understand the needs of information-based health education for esophageal cancer patients during radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and provide information support for the implementation of precise"Internet+health education".Methods Guided by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,an interview outline was developed.From January to April 2021,a semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted on 14 patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy for esophageal cancer,and analyzed the interview data with Nvivo 11.0 software and Colaizzi analysis method.Results Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,a total of 10 sub-themes were extracted from the 5 levels of needs:information needs for disease treatment and prognosis,needs for interpretation of examination and test results,needs for medication knowledge,needs for home self-management,needs for self-management of diet,daily exercise method needs,adverse reaction self-management needs,emotional and psychological needs,self-esteem needs,self-realization needs,and this demand-oriented construction of information-based health education content framework.Conclusions The health education needs of patients with esophageal cancer are diversified.While meeting low-level education needs,nursing staff should also pay attention to the satisfaction of patients’higher-level education needs.Constructing an information-based health education framework oriented to patient needs will help implement individualized and precise"Internet+health education"services.
