摘要
构建一套适合采油厂的油气集输管控体系,优化油气集输工艺,提高项目运行效率和质量,提升站场管理水平,成为油气集输管理的工作方向。文中介绍了油气集输系统管控体系范畴、体系架构、应用情况以及应用效果等。实践证明,构建采油厂油气集输管控体系,简化优化油田地面工程流程,减少地面布站和管网里程,可以有效降低地面站库安全生产风险,实现能耗降低50%、人员优化40%,效益提升60%的良好效果。
Building a set of oil and gas gathering and transportation control system,optimizing the oil and gas gathering and transportation process,improving the efficiency and quality of project operation,and improving the level of station management will become the work direction in future. What’ s more,this paper introduces the scope,system architecture,application situation and application effect of the oil and gas gathering and transportation system control system. Most importantly, practice has proved that building oil and gas gathering and transportation control system,simplifying and optimizing the surface engineering process and reducing the mileage of ground stations and pipeline networks can effectively reduce the safety production risks of ground stations and warehouses and achieve a good effect of reducing energy consumption by 50%,optimizing personnel by 40%,and improving efficiency by 60%.
