摘要
在原油输送过程中,输油泵是主要的耗电设备之一,如何综合评价油田机泵用能情况是油田节能降耗的重点。将CRITIC赋权法和熵权法相结合确定机泵评价指标的组合权重,在对机泵进行灰色关联计算过程中借鉴TOPSIS方法思想,选取正、负理想方案,综合考虑油田机泵实际运行状态与理想运行状态的贴近程度,更加全面反映油田机泵实际运行情况。以某油田28台输油泵机组实际数据为例,以机泵节流损失率、吨·百米耗电量、泵运行效率、电动机运行效率为能效评价指标,通过计算得出泵运行效率所占权重最大,12号机泵的灰关联贴近度为0.324,该机泵的用能效果最差。
In the process of crude oil transportation, oil pump is one of the main power consumption equipments. How to comprehensively evaluate the energy consumption of oil pump is the focus of energy saving and consumption reduction. In this paper, the critic empowerment law and entropy weight method were combined to determine the combined weight of the pump evaluation index. In the process of grey correlation calculation of the pump, the TOPSIS method was used for reference, the positive and negative ideal scheme was selected, the closeness between the actual operation state and the ideal operation state of the pump was comprehensively considered, so as to reflect the actual operation of the pump more comprehensively. Taking the actual data of 28 oil pump units in an oil field as an example,the energy efficiency evaluation indexes included pump throttle loss rate, ton-100 m power consumption, pump operation efficiency and motor operation efficiency, the calculation showed that the weight of pump operation efficiency was the largest, the grey correlation closeness degree of No.12 pump was 0.324 and the energy consumption effect of the pump was the worst.
