油气站场运行异常全息管控平台的建立与应用 被引量:2

Establishment and application of holographic management system for the abnormal situation of oil and gas station

摘要 为全面保障集气处理站人员和设备安全,提升油气站场智能化水平,基于信息化和物联网技术设计并实现了油气站场运行异常全息管控系统。利用过程安全管理和完整性管理技术建立风险识别管控机制,并构建状态监测、火气监测、腐蚀监测、位移监测、工艺监测和视频监控等多个功能模块,再结合三维全息技术,建立全场景的三维全息数字场站。结果显示,系统实现了场内设备状态、人员状态、生产工艺、环境状态的异常报警和预警,可动态显示场内人员的位置和设备状态信息的变化,形成了站场立体可视化管理。所设计的系统对有效提升集气处理站的安全数字管理有重要意义,系统的功能构架和关键技术也可为石油化工行业异常管理系统的建立提供重要参考。 In order to fully guarantee the safety of personnel and equipment in the gas gathering processing station,and improve the intelligence level of the oil and gas station,a holographic control system for the abnormal situation of the oil and gas station based on informatization and Internet of Things technology was designed and implemented.The risk identification management and control mechanism was established based on process safety management and integrity management technology,and the multiple functional modules such as condition monitoring,fire and gas monitoring,corrosion monitoring,displacement monitoring,process monitoring and video monitoring were constructed.Then a full-scene three-dimensional holographic digital field station was established combining with three-dimensional holographic technology.The results show that the system realizes the abnormal alarm and early warning of equipment status,personnel status,production process and environmental status,which can dynamically display the position of personnel in the field and the change of equipment status information,and the three-dimensional visual management of the station can be formed.The system is of great significance to the improvement of the secure digital management of gas gathering treatment stations.The functional framework and key technologies of the system also provide an important reference for the establishment of anomaly management systems in the petrochemical industry.
