摘要
油气集输工程管网布局设计,具有控制造价、影响产能等属性,亟需在布局设计中加以优化完善。借助油气集输管网设计原则,综合考虑地理、湿度、气候等因素,在操作上依赖降耗增效原则,设计和完善油气集输管网布局优化方案。以油气集输工程节能设计为原则,应用地面集输管网优化、井组优化、系统布局优化、集中处理站选址优化等模式,实现油气集输工程管网布局设计优化,以保证管网节能设计高效落实。在油气集输工程管网布局改造后,管效由88.19%提升至90%,实现总节能646.2 MJ/h,节气15.01 m^(3)/h,年节气总量达13×10^(4)m^(3),达到了良好的节能降耗效果。因此,针对当前管网布局优化要求,制定以多元化设计保障策略,对于了解未来管网布局设计具有极大辅助作用,展现出较为积极的探索价值。
Pipeline network layout design of oil and gas gathering and transportation engineering has the properties of controlling cost and affecting productivity,which needs to be optimized and perfected in the layout design.With the aid of the design principle of oil and gas gathering and transportation pipe network,considering factors such as geography,humidity and climate comprehensively,and relying on the principle of consumption reduction and efficiency increase in operation,the optimization scheme of oil and gas gathering and transportation pipe network layout is designed and improved.Based on the principle of energy saving design of oil and gas gathering and transportation engineering,the layout and design optimization of pipeline network of surface gathering and transportation engineering,well group optimization,system layout optimization and site selection optimization of centralized treatment stations are applied to realize the layout and design optimization of pipeline network of oil and gas gathering and transportation engineering,so as to ensure the efficient implementation of energy saving design of pipeline network.After the transformation of the pipeline network layout of oil and gas gathering and transportation engineering,the pipe efficiency is increased from 88.19%to 90%,the total energy saving is 646.2 MJ/h,the solar term is 15.01 m^(3)/h,and the total annual solar term is 13×10^(4)m^(3),which has achieved good energy saving and consumption reduction effect.Therefore,according to the current pipe network layout optimization requirements,the development of diversified design guarantee strategy will play a great assist role in understanding the future pipe network layout design,showing a more positive exploration value.
