摘要
脑出血是脑血管在各种致病因素综合作用下,血管壁发生病变,破裂,血液外溢导致的一系列临床综合征。脑出血后脑损伤的主要病理机制包括血脑屏障破坏、脑组织水肿、病变区氧化应激、炎症因子过度表达、细胞凋亡、自噬及铁死亡程序的启动等。各类研究证实众多中药可以改善脑出血相关病理损伤,现将中药及其提取物所对应的脑损伤病理机制进行归纳并总结其发挥作用的分子通路及作用靶点,以此为中药治疗脑出血的基础研究提供一定参考,期待进一步挖掘中药在治疗脑出血后脑损伤的临床潜力。
Intracerebral hemorrhage is a series of clinical syndromes which is caused by pathological changes and rupture of cerebrovascular wall under the impact of various pathogenic factors.The main pathological mechanisms of brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage include the destruction of blood-brain barrier,brain edema,oxidative stress in the lesion area,overexpression of inflammatory factors,apoptosis,autophagy and the initiation of iron death process.Various studies have confirmed that many traditional Chinese medicine can improve the pathological injury related to intracerebral hemorrhage.In this study we outline the treatments and effects of traditional Chinese medicines and extracts on their corresponding pathological mechanisms of brain injury,and summarize their molecular pathways and targets,so as to provide some reference for the fundamental research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage,and look forward to further tapping the clinical potential of traditional Chinese medicine.
