摘要
目的分析针对性急诊护理干预对糖尿病患者伴低血糖昏迷血糖控制的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2021年6月福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院急诊科救治的糖尿病伴低血糖昏迷患者60例,经随机数表法将其分为两组,将其中接受常规基础护理干预的30例患者设为对照组,将另外接受针对性急诊护理干预的30例患者设为观察组,比较两组血糖控制情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组的总满意度均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比于护理前,两组护理后的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均明显降低,且相比于对照组,观察组护理后的降低幅度更,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为糖尿病伴低血糖昏迷患者提供针对性急诊护理干预,不仅能明显提高满意度,而且还能有效控制其血糖水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted emergency nursing intervention on blood glucose control in diabetic patients with hypoglycemia and coma.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetes mellitus and hypoglycemia coma who were treated in emergency department of Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.Thirty patients who received routine basic nursing intervention were set as the control group.Another 30 patients who received targeted emergency nursing intervention were set as the observation group to compare the blood glucose control.between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the two groups after nursing were significantly decreased,and compared with the control group,the reduction amplitude of the observation group after nursing was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing targeted emergency nursing intervention for coma patients with diabetes and hypoglycemia can not only improve the satisfaction significantly.Moreover,it can effectively control the blood glucose level,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
