摘要
目的 分析予以糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus, DM)伴低血糖昏迷患者针对性急诊护理的作用。方法 选择2020年1月—2023年6月丰县人民医院收治的76例DM伴低血糖昏迷患者,以随机数表法分为两组,对照组38例行常规护理,观察组38例行针对性急诊护理。对比两组血糖水平、苏醒时间、生活质量及满意度。结果 护理后,观察组空腹血糖水平较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组苏醒时间为(70.26±10.14)min,较对照组(81.55±9.23)min更短,差异有统计学意义(t=5.076,P<0.05);观察组糖尿病特异生活质量评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意率97.37%,较对照组78.95%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05)。结论 予以DM伴低血糖昏迷患者针对性急诊护理可缩短患者苏醒时间,提升血糖控制效果及患者生活质量,获得患者认可。
Objective To analyze the role of targeted emergency care in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)and hy-poglycemic coma.Methods 76 cases of DM with hypoglycemic coma patients admitted to Fengxian People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by randomized numerical table method,38 patients received routine nursing care in the control group,and 38 patients received targeted emergency nursing care in the observation group.The blood glucose levels,recovery time,quality of life and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the fasting plasma glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of the observation group was(70.26±10.14)min,which was shorter than that of the control group(81.55±9.23)min,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.076,P<0.05).The Diabetes-Specific Quality of Life Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than 78.95%of the control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05).Conclusion Providing targeted emergency care to patients with coma due to DM and hypoglycemia can shorten the patient's recovery time,improve blood glucose control and improve the pa-tient's quality of life,and gain recognition from patients.
