摘要
目的探究糖尿病低血糖昏迷护理期间应用院前急救护理的临床意义。方法随机抽取糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者84例作为研究主体,均匀划分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(院前急救护理),对比护理效果。结果干预前,对照组、观察组血糖指标对比P>0.05;干预后,对照组、观察组血糖指标对比P<0.05。结论于糖尿病低血糖昏迷护理期间应用院前急救护理措施可以改善患者预后效果。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of pre-hospital emergency care during the nursing period of diabetic hypoglycemia and coma.Methods A total of 84 diabetic,hypoglycemic,and coma patients were randomly selected as the main body of the study,and they were evenly divided into the control group(routine care)and the observation group(pre-hospital emergency care),and the nursing effects were compared.Results Before the intervention,the comparison of blood glucose index between the control group and the observation group was P>0.05;after the intervention,the comparison of blood glucose index between the control group and the observation group was P<0.05.Conclusion Application of pre-hospital emergency care measures during the nursing period of diabetic hypoglycemia coma can improve the prognosis of patients.
