Application of Gas Control Technology in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

摘要 基于青磁窑矿2618工作面回采过程中工作面、上隅角以及回风流中频繁出现瓦斯超限现象,为保证工作面安全高效回采,避免工作面出现瓦斯超限现象,决定对工作面采取“泵站瓦斯抽采+上隅角埋管+高位钻孔抽采”等综合瓦斯治理技术。通过实际应用效果来看,采取综合瓦斯治理技术后,2618工作面在后期回采过程中,工作面内瓦斯浓度被控制在0.7%以下,上隅角瓦斯浓度被控制在0.4%以下,回风流中瓦斯浓度被控制在1.2%以下,取得了显著的应用成效。 Based on the frequent gas transfinite phenomenon in the working face, upper corner and return air flow during the mining process of 2618 working face in Qingciyao mine, in order to ensure the safe and efficient mining of the working face and avoid the gas transfinite phenomenon in the working face, it is decided to adopt comprehensive gas control technologies such as "pumping station gas drainage + upper corner buried pipe + high-level drilling drainage" for the working face. According to the actual application effect, after adopting the comprehensive gas control technology, the gas concentration in the working face is controlled below 0.7%, the gas concentration in the upper corner is controlled below 0.4%, and the gas concentration in the return air flow is controlled below 1.2% in the later mining process of 2618 working face, which has achieved remarkable application results.
