沙曲一号煤矿煤岩体系瓦斯抽采技术优化 被引量:3

摘要 为优化煤岩体系瓦斯抽采钻孔布置方案,提高瓦斯抽采效率,以沙曲一号煤矿煤岩层为研究对象,建立了煤岩体系瓦斯抽采流-固-热耦合数值模型,设计了13种煤岩体系高位定向长钻孔布置方案,研究对比不同方案的瓦斯抽采效率。结果表明:在2^(#)煤层底板和5^(#)煤层顶板中同时布置钻孔只需9 d即可抽采达标;在4^(#)煤层和5^(#)煤层中同时布置钻孔抽取瓦斯总量最高;在5^(#)煤层顶板和5^(#)煤层底板中同时布置钻孔产气速率最高;综合分析,在5^(#)煤层顶板和5^(#)煤层底板中同时布置钻孔瓦斯抽采效率最高,对比在4^(#)煤层中布置钻孔,瓦斯抽采总量提升57%,抽采达标时间缩短13 d,可以达到快速消突的目的。 In order to optimize the drilling hole layout plan for gas drainage in coal rock system and improve the gas extraction efficiency,the fluid solid thermal coupling numerical model for gas drainage in coal rock system was established with the coal bed of Shaqu No.1 coal mine as the research object,and 13 high directional long drilling hole layout plans for coal rock system were designed to study and compare the gas extraction efficiency of different plans.The results show that it only takes 9 days for drilling holes to be arranged simultaneously in the floor of the No.2 coal seam and the roof of the No.5 coal seam to meet the extraction standards;the total amount of gas extracted by drilling holes simultaneously in the No.4 and No.5 coal seams is the highest;the highest gas production rate is achieved when drilling holes are simultaneously arranged in the roof and floor of the No.5 coal seam;according to comprehensive analysis,arranging boreholes simultaneously in the roof and floor of the No.5 coal seam has the highest efficiency in gas extraction.Compared with drilling holes in No.4 coal seam,the total amount of gas extraction is increased by 57%,and the time for reaching the standard of gas extraction is shortened by 13 days,which can achieve the goal of rapid outburst elimination.
