摘要
为解决鹤煤三矿4202采面瓦斯积聚与抽采难题,在该采面地质条件和井下千米定向钻机平台基础上,开展了定向、长距离、大直径钻孔抽采瓦斯效率研究。以采动岩体力学为理论指导,确定了煤层顶板采动裂隙冒落高度,优化了高位钻孔的布置区位,并利用成型钻孔,实现了以孔代巷的目的。通过定向抽采钻孔内瓦斯浓度、流量等数据统计,新方案中瓦斯流量、浓度是未采取措施前的5倍以上,有效减少了采空区和邻近煤层瓦斯向工作面内的扩散,确保了人员安全。
In order to solve the problem of gas accumulation and drainage in the 4202 mining face of No.3 Coal Mine,Hebi Coal Company,which was based on the geological conditions of the face and the underground kilometer directional drilling platform,a study on the efficiency of gas drainage by directional,long-distance,and large-diameter boreholes was carried out.With the theoretical guidance of mining rock mass mechanics,the height of the coal roof mining cracks was determined,the layout of high-level drilling was optimized,and the purpose of forming drilling was to replace roadway with holes.According to the statistics of gas concentration and flow in the directional drainage boreholes,the gas flow and concentration in the new plan are more than 5 times that before no measures were taken,which effectively reduced the diffusion of gas into the working face in the goaf and adjacent coal seams,and protects personnel safety.
