摘要
针对山西三元煤业股份有限公司下霍煤矿2308综放工作面回采期间风排瓦斯量高、上隅角瓦斯聚集等问题,采用理论分析和现场实测相结合的研究手段,对回采工作面瓦斯治理进行研究,提出了“顶板高位钻孔抽采+上隅角埋管抽采”的瓦斯综合治理措施。应用结果表明:工作面回采期间上隅角及回风流中瓦斯体积分数最大值分别为0.68%和0.41%,有效解决了工作面回风流瓦斯超限及上隅角瓦斯聚集的问题。
Aiming at the problems of high gas content in air exhaust and gas accumulation in upper corner during the mining of 2308 fully mechanized working face in Xiahuo Coal Mine of Shanxi Sanyuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the gas control in the mining face was studied by combining theoretical analysis and field measurement,the comprehensive gas control measures of roof high-level drilling extraction and buried pipe drainage in upper corner were proposed.The application results show that the maximum gas concentration in the upper corner and the return air flow of the working face during mining is 0.68%and 0.41%,respectively,which effectively solves the problem of gas overrun and gas accumulation in the upper corner of the working face.
