摘要
慢性咽炎是一种临床常见的咽部黏膜、黏膜下及淋巴组织的弥漫性炎症,发病率逐年增高,病程逐渐加长,且慢性咽炎的治疗没有特效药,长此以往导致患者产生了精神压力。本研究基于慢性咽炎的中、西医临床病症特点,总结现有的慢性咽炎动物实验模型。本文对慢性咽炎病因病机、诊断标准与其动物实验模型的吻合度进行分析,并对现有的模型建立评价体系,分析不同动物模型的优缺点。尽可能完善现有的动物模型,为建立完善的动物模型提供思路,以期促进慢性咽炎的现代研究。
Chronic pharyngitis is a clinically common diffuse inflammation of the pharyngeal mucosa, submucosa, and lymphatic tissues. The incidence of chronic pharyngitis is increasing yearly, the disease duration is increasing gradually, and there is no specific treatment for chronic pharyngitis. This study summarizes the existing animal models of chronic pharyngitis on the basis of the Chinese and Western clinical characteristics of chronic pharyngitis. Clinical diagnosis of chronic pharyngitis and the diagnostic criteria were analyzed in terms of their compatibility with animal models and an evaluation system was established for the existing models to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various animal models. The existing animal models were improved to provide ideas for the establishment of ideal animal models to promote research of chronic pharyngitis.
