摘要
本研究通过文献梳理和基于中西医临床病症特点赋值法对目前临床现有口腔溃疡动物模型进行评价分析,结果发现,与疾病西医吻合度较高的造模方法有化学烧灼法和免疫诱导法,中西医吻合度均较高的为免疫化学联用法和病证结合法。从口腔溃疡疾病发病机制、致病因素和模型复制的可操作性、便捷性、经济性和临床吻合度等多方面分析,免疫化学联合法为复制口腔溃疡疾病较为理想的选择,病证结合模型的最佳选择为相应的证候造模+免疫化学联用法。但可以发现口腔溃疡病证结合模型在临床中应用较少,且造模方法中缺少中医致病因素,模型成效判定所观测的指标也需进一步完善,建议后续口腔溃疡动物模型的构建应从增添如燥、火等致病外因和情志、体质等致病内因为主,成效评判标准也应从增添表观指标如动物精神、行为、疼痛等方面出发,在全方位采集模型动物宏观信息的基础上,运用正面评价为主联合逆向反证为辅的“以方测证”法复制出与临床中西医病症特点吻合度都高的口腔溃疡动物模型。
In this study,the current clinical animal models of oral ulcers were evaluated and analyzed through literature review and the assignment method based on clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The results found that chemical cautery and immune induction were the modeling methods that were highly consistent with Modern medicine.The combination of immunochemical method and disease-syndrome combination method with high degree of agreement between traditional Chinese and Modern medicine.From the analysis of the pathogenesis of oral ulcer disease,pathogenic factors and the operability,convenience,economy and clinical agreement of model replication,the combined immunochemical method is an ideal choice for replicating oral ulcer disease.The best choice for the corresponding syndrome modeling+immunochemical combination.However,it can be found that the combination model of oral ulcer disease and syndrome is seldom used in clinic,and there is a lack of TCM pathogenic factors in the modeling method.The indicators observed in the evaluation of model effectiveness also need to be further improved.It is recommended that the subsequent construction of oral ulcer animal models should start from adding Exogenous pathogenic factors such as dryness and fire are mainly caused by internal pathogenic factors such as emotion and constitution.The evaluation criteria for effectiveness should also be based on adding apparent indicators such as animal spirit,behavior,pain,etc.On the basis of comprehensively collecting macroscopic information of model animals,using the method of"testing evidence by prescription",which is mainly based on positive evaluation and supplemented by reverse evidence,to reproduce an animal model of oral ulcer that is highly consistent with the characteristics of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese and Modern medicine.
