摘要
目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗儿童腺样体肥大(AH)的效果。方法:选取80例AH患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后临床症状评分、炎性因子[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-6、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),显著高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组打鼾、鼻塞、张口呼吸、睡眠障碍评分及IL-2、IL-6、CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗AH患儿效果显著,能有效改善临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,安全性良好,效果优于单用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗。
Objective:To explore effects of Montelukast sodium combined with Mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray in treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy(AH).Methods:80 children with AH were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray,while the observation group was treated with Montelukast sodium chewable tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the clinical symptom scores before and after the treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-2(IL-2),IL-6,C-reactive protein(CRP)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was significantly higher than 75.00%(30/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of snoring,nasal congestion,mouth breathing and sleep disturbance as well as the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Montelukast sodium combined with Mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray has significant curative effects in the treatment of children with AH,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors with higher safety.Moreover,it is superior to single Mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray.
