摘要
目的:探讨散风通窍滴丸联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:将116例慢性单纯性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组58例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上口服散风通窍滴丸治疗,疗程均为4周。分别于治疗前、治疗后和治疗后12周,观察两组患者的鼻塞VAS评分及患者对糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂主观依赖情况。结果:①组内比较,治疗后、治疗后12周两组鼻塞VAS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);组间比较,治疗后12周,治疗组鼻塞VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗后12周,治疗组和对照组对糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂主观依赖百分比分别为15.5%、70.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:散风通窍滴丸联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎可有效改善患者鼻塞症状,并可降低患者对糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂的主观依赖性。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Sanfeng Tongqiao Dripping Pills combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in treatment of chronic simple rhinitis.Methods:116 patients with chronic simple rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Sanfeng Tongqiao Dripping Pills orally on the basis of the control group,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.VAS score of nasal obstruction and patients'subjective dependence on mometasone furoate nasal spray were recorded in the two groups before treatment,the day after treatment and week 12 after treatment.Results:①Compare within groups,VAS scores of nasal obstruction in the two groups the day after treatment and week 12 after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);compared between two groups at week 12 after treatment,VAS score of nasal obstruction in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).②At week 12 after treatment,the percentage of subjective dependence on mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment group and control group was 15.5%、70.7%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanfeng Tongqiao Dripping Pills combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of chronic simple rhinitis can effiectively improve the symptoms of nasal obstruction and reduce patients’subjective dependence on mometasone furoate nasal spray.
