Moral Education Ability and its Cultivation of Primary and Secondary School Teachers

摘要 教师是落实立德树人的主体,育德能力是教师落实立德树人的关键能力。育德能力是教师在教育教学中为培育学生的品德、促进学生健全人格的发展所具备的一般教育能力,具有全员性、关系性和价值性。育德能力以教师的道德和人格为前提,以育德活动的组织引导为核心,以教师的道德行动为关键。教师教育和培训要把育德能力培养作为重要目标,增强教师育德的自觉意识,开设相关德育课程,重视德育活动及其反思,建立和完善育德能力发展的支持系统,推进育德能力的持续发展。 Teachers are the main body to implement morality and cultivate people. Moral education ability is the key ability for teachers to implement morality and cultivate people. Moral education ability is a general educational ability that teachers have in order to cultivate students’ morality and promote the development of students’ sound personality in education and teaching. It has the characteristics of all staff, relationship and value. Moral education ability takes teachers’ morality and personality as the premise,the organization and guidance of moral education activities as the core, and teachers’ moral action as the key. Teacher education and training should take the cultivation of moral education ability as an important goal, enhance teachers’ consciousness of moral education, set up relevant moral education courses, pay attention to moral education activities and their reflection, establish and improve the support system for the development of moral education ability, and promote the sustainable development of moral education ability.
